Tried to make an appointment for viewing an Edinburgh property. Both landline and mobile numbers just go to voicemail, with no return call.
Perhaps the Vendor might wonder why his property has been on the market for several months now without obtaining any offer?

We thoroughly recommend Mark and Shelley at The good estate agent, Sunbury. Mark handled the sale of our house. We used them after a recommendation from a friend and found him to be friendly, honest, hard working and professional. He was always available to answer any of our many questions, and nothing was too much trouble. Moving house is never easy, but we felt like we were in capable hands.

What a great estate agent, we were the buyers and mark from Sunbury was incredible from start to finish. we needed get the process completed quickly with work needed to be done immediately and mark help us at every step, even on moving day when things weren’t going to plan he helped in any way he could.

We switched to Michelle after spending 20 weeks on the market with a more traditional high street based estate agent.

Michelle insisted that our property hadn’t been correctly marketed by our previous agent.
Within days Michelle had arranged us more viewings that we had in total with the previous agent.
This included one viewer who confirmed they had previously viewed our property online and discounted it, however the updated marketing had now gained their interest.

We were under offer with Michelle within a few weeks.
We unfortunately had to return to the market after our buyer losing their buyer.
This is where Michelle absolutely shone.

She was proactive in getting feedback from prospective buyers very quickly, rather than having to commonly wait several days with other agents.

When my Mum went into a Nursing Home it was a stressful time to get her house sold to fund her ongoing needs. Seymours in Camberley were amazing throughout and I cannot fault the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for the advise they gave me and the work they put in to achieve a quick sale. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them .

Awful. No reply to online requests for viewing in Folkestone. Phone goes to an automated bot who doesn’t understand what is being said and likes to his hang up. I have tried five different avenues to get a viewing of a property but no one gets back to me. Who would anyone use this company? I don’t understand
