The trousers we ordered for a birthday gift needed to be posted and delivered within a few days. They arrived within two days. Such beautiful product and the packaging is perfect, caring also about the environment.

Since first coming across a one of their pop up shops in Stoke Newington I have been a fan of The Good Neighbour. The clothes are understated, classic and well made, in a coherent range, with spot-on colours.
I also really enjoy the atmosphere of the communication from John which is never pushy, but is calm, informative and friendly. I have bought online and found it a good experience, and also visited other pop up shops when they've been nearby. I highly recommend.

Amazing quality. Sustainable fashion and very stylish. I love the colours and the fabrics. It is all made in the UK or Europe. The brand is authentic and John (the owner and designer) tends to be at the shop so you can always get great advice. I’ve also ordered online - super easy and great service.
