The site offers a nice collection of clothes, shoes etc.
But BEWARE, if ordering from the EU, the prices are shown in € but do not include import duties. This is not communicated during the checkout process but is only mentioned in the last item on the website all the way at the bottom of the shopping page ('Customer service/ Brexit update'). In my case, a pair of shoes (€ 237 plus € 24 for transport 'to the border') required an additional € 127 on import duties. As it happened, the shoes that I received (green suede, size 13) were far off from what I had ordered (brown leather, size 12). So I had to return them for an additional € 14. The refund was quick (hence the 2 stars) but only involved the € 237. So I lost out € 165.
I would advise the site to stop quoting prices in €.
Bad communication absolutely rubbish company typical of warehouse webstores. Support a proper shop instead!

I had a really good experience with Jacob from the customer service.
However, be warned if you're in the EU. Unlike a lot of UK shops when ordering to the EU, they dont swallow customs and taxes, despite a rather expensive shipping fee. I ended up returning the product I ordered and between customs, shipping back fee, and the fact that they dont refund the sending fee, I ended up paying the price of the shirt x2, and getting my refund took almost 20 days and a long back and forth email process.
The contingencies of ordering abroad but I won't be back.

Bought two items and sent the more expensive one back. But they refunded me for the cheaper one. Had no response after emailing them several times to resolve with photo proof.

The item I looked for was in stock and on sale at a competitive price. Delivery charge was acceptable and the item arrived in 48 hours well packaged and exactly as described. Other reviews made me a little nervous, so keen to share my experience.
Based on reading the reviews here I was really skeptical about ordering from here, but it was a good deal and thought I’d risk it. And it worked for me. Got the item, as described and within a few days. Can’t fault them.
I received a notification to say my parcel had been delivered (the photo was a close up in the parcel), I hadn’t received the goods and evidenced it with footage from my ring door bell. I raised the dispute with TGD and they went helpful, I informed them I’ll be raising the issue with my bank, when my bank contacted the company and they refused my claim. I’ve not received an email back from them, I still haven’t received my parcel or a refund. Wish I read reviews first 🫠
Not processing refund when damaged goods were sent
I was nervous about ordering from this company after reading some of the other reviews however I placed an order at the beginning of December 23 for which I recieved email confirmation of acceptance and disptach and received within a few days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. I placed another order on 28th Dec which I received the next day. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.
