The sofa took weeks longer to come than the estimate. When it did arrive it was the wrong colour . Taking it up with GBSC they merely said they had put the wrong photo on website. No apology - it was collected and now, almost 3 months after I paid I have still not had a refund. I would not recommend at all

AVOID AVOID! Absolutely appalling service. Delivered 1 correct sofa (cream 2 seater) and 1 other right hand chaise in Navy, goodness knows who this belongs to. Furdeco advised me to take them and call Debenhams to get a replacement sent. 1 week later no resolution, cannot get hold of great british sofa company, Debenhams unhelpful and take days to respond with a chat bot answer. I'm left with a sofa I didn't order and once that I did. These companies are not worth dealing with, please shop elsewhere, I will not recommend. 1 week later and I have not been given any idea of when this will be sorted or been able to speak with anyone. Safe to say it loks like I've lost my money to GBSC however I have contacted the police for further investigation as this is wrong on so many accounts. Just beware of this company

The Sofa is great but unhappy with company Furdeco who delivered it. The first attempt the lorry broke down, the second attempt they were in and out so fast they didn't assemble it properly and I couldnt tell just by me sitting on it ,it wasn't until I tried to move it I realised they hadn't put it together properly. Needless to say they said I had signed for it so tough luck.

Very happy with my purchase from The Great British Sofa Company!
After we were poorly treated by staff at DFS when browsing for a new sofa, we decided to look elsewhere and am glad we did. We were able to apply for Snap Finance when purchasing which is always helpful! My phone glitched when making the £15 deposit so I called the GBSC who were very easy to talk to and helped me finish the application. They kept in good contact with me via text or email about my delivery and I received it within the 14 day time frame.
Sofa is lovely! Quick delivery! Great quality! Hopefully will last :)

Extremely quick delivery! Ordered, manufactured and delivered all within a week. Customer service is 5* and you can contact them upto either 10 or 11 at night. Sofas are great quality. Thank you guys

Fantastic customer service from start to finish! Had an issue with my ordering my sofa and they couldn’t do more to help, had a slight issue before it was delivered and it was sorted within the hour! Was estimated 11 weeks for delivery and it came on week 3! My sofa is gorgeous and so well made, the low price is an incredible bonus.

Two months old and seat sagging at one end

Delivered within 3 weeks and amazing quality so pleased. Also the delivery company lost a couple of cushions and they sorted it and sent them straight away and I received them within 2 days.
