Been waiting since Christmas Eve for delivery of goods and still nothing too long to wait when most places now have your goods out in 2/3 days

Hi Margaret,

We apologise for the slight delay with your order. Our orders are dispatched the same or next day in most cases.

The order you placed on Christmas Eve was for an item that is shipped directly from one of our suppliers who are closed between Christmas and New Year. The extra few days wait time was completely out of our control in this case.

We explained to you why there would be a delay and we offered you a refund or an alternative candle that we could dispatch immediately.
