Extremely poor service — no refund and ignored multiple emails
I returned several high-value items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which were confirmed as delivered to the store with both photo and signature proof.
Despite providing all evidence and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received no acknowledgment, confirmation, or refund. It even took three separate requests just to obtain the returns information in the first place, and since then, the company has simply ignored all communication.
This level of service is completely unacceptable — particularly given the amount of money involved. I have now opened a dispute with my bank and will also be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering, as my experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
