Hi,

Unfortunately, the cost of bringing it in from the states has increased 30%, and the price of UK postage increases every few months, we absorb as much of these increases as we can, but we have to pass on some of it.

June 24th:
Order placed at 6.50pm

June 25th:
Order dispatched by 'Royal Mail 48hr Tracked'(Tracking link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/TQ916697535GB )

July 1st:
Customer told us that he hadn't received his order

July 1st:
We investigated and saw that the order had been delivered on 27th June, but to the wrong address. We provided customer with a copy of the label as proof that we'd sent his order to the correct address. We suggested, as the address where the order had been delivered was just around the corner from him, that it would indeed be quicker for him to go to that address and ask if they had the order, then to contact us if it wasn't there.

July 2nd:
Customer said that the order wasn't at the other address. We immediately sent a replacement bottle to the customer by 'Royal Mail 24hr Tracked and Signed For' (Tracking link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/MV091022578GB), and let him know that we had another bottle in the post and what his tracking number was.

July 2nd:
AFTER we told him that there was a replacement on its way via 24hr tracked and signed for, he left this negative review. "I need my stuff that I paid for please".

We have subsequently asked him if he would consider removing or updating his review as it was out of our control and we remedied the issue immediately, and as negative reviews can have a bad effect on small businesses like ours.
