Unfortunately I have made a few…

Unfortunately I have made a few purchases and I have never received the goods that I ordered, I get 1 product correct but the second is either too big and I have not managed to get a refund or gift voucher as promised

Too long to receive items.

Once ordered it took almost a month to get order. Quality of 2 items quite good. The other two I did not like, but that is to everyones personal opinion

Great jeans at a good price

Great jeans at a good price. They look good and are sooooo comfy. The first pair I ordered were too big so Halara gave me the option of keeping them and getting a credit note to buy the smaller size - excellent customer service!!

Put off shopping with them indefinitely

The clothing is quite expensive so I expect good quality and service but can't say this is the case. I haven't received everything that I ordered and I also got a random pack of cutting discs? No invoice, the packaging was roughed up as well (which can also been down to damage during transit)
I've contacted customer services which have been pretty prompt to be fair but it has been a long winded process to get a refund, especially for most of the order I will never receive. They claim they will need to investigate this and also return the 1 item I did receive to get a full refund.
The coat I received from them, I haven't open but the quality seemed that of Wish or Shein, can't vouch for the other items sadly.
Hopefully, this is isn't the same experience for others but unfortunately this was the experience for me so I will not use them ever again after this.

Long delivery, great product

I love the products but they took forever to get to me. They said 8-10 business days but it took almost a full month. But I had ordered 3 different colors of similar pants i had purchased before because I wear them so much. Great product overall.

I found your shopping experience on the…

I found your shopping experience on the website rather confusing to use when jumping around between so many different styles. I wish they had item numbers instead of just descriptions….so hard as many were so similar!!!
And the return process was rather complicated having to post photos of the returns and detailed info on each one. I was disappointed that so many items did not fit. I did like the selections of petite clothes with many items. I probably won’t be ordering from Halara again. Amazon has spoiled me with their very easy order and return process.
