Halosphere is a great company, they keep you updated with how your parcel is coming along and the piece I chose is going to go down as one of best gifts ever!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

We love the light we purchased
We love the light we purchased. One of them was a bit noisy but when I contacted the company they were quick to solve my issue.
We will definitely shop with Halosphere again
Fraud
Fraud! Ordered two lamps, never arrived, customer service requests you to enter credit card details.
Probably a Scam Shop
This shop misleadingly ships from China. Once you order, you get a bunch of e-mails from someone named "Jake" telling you not to cancel your order. When you follow the address on google maps, it sends you to a totally random residential address in California. The charge and shop appear to be based in Italy. Their Facebook page is run by an entity called "BASILECOM S.R.L."
The tracking info provided is from a company called "cjpacket" - unfortunately the product is listed as having never shipped. This would be easy to do simply by creating a label but never shipping the product. Customer support was prompt but engaged in what I believe to be stall tactics. Suddenly the product was at "last mile delivery" even though the cjpacket listing never updated. Within a few days, a UPS tracking was provided - same situation. It's a label that was created weeks ago but no product has actually been sent.
They claim to have a guarantee of money back if the product doesn't arrive within 30 days; I've asked for one early and also placed a charge dispute with my credit card. I believe no product was ever sent nor will ever arrive.
Product never showed up and I was never…
Product never showed up and I was never refunded - shitty company
Don't Bother
The website is perpetually "on sale" with a countdown clock, which is pretty typical of drop-shipping sites.
The sale price is still overcharging what is a very cheaply made product. The first time I ordered the Aurora lamp, what arrived was not the product as advertised. A replacement came and it broke after a few weeks. That second lamp was also replaced and the replacement also broke after a month. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the customer service was actually prompt, and there was no hassle when I asked for a replacement. Although now that I'm asking for a refund, I'm not sure things will go so smoothly.
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. $30 product that’s not worth more than $5.99. Shipping takes forever, even if you pay for expedited shipping. Made out of plastic and looks cheap.
Non ethical business practice
I placed the order but canceled it just 8n few minutes. I was told the order has shipped but I can return the item once ot is received at no cost and the refund will be issued. I contacted them once I received the product. I was told 8 don't need to return the product and the refund has been issued. I never received the refund. I have not used the product yet so I cannot say anything about the product.
Dropshipping from AliExpress
The device itself is alright. It works as advertised, even if a little bit noisy.
What isn't alright is that the website claims that the orders ship from the US while in reality you'll get your shipment directly from China. Indicating that this is a Chinese product also is the manual in Chinese and bad English.
And, of course, they sell it for about 4 times more compared to its price on Chinese marketplaces.
You can verify my claims simply by going to AliExpress and using search by image with images from the seller's website.
