Long delay in delivery
The delivery was postponed 6 times, without a clear update from the transportation party (GLS). After emailing the seller, that i was absolutely not happy with the delay, all i got back was 'yes we agree'.

I am giving 5 stars for their customer service. Unfortunately the hammock was too long for my stand! All I had to do was request a Return Label and take it the package to the local Post Office. The return was tracked online and I received a full refund very promptly.

The delivery was not declared as delivery in two parts
The delivery was never declared as delivery in two parts. After receiving one package, i did not know if i will receive a second package and if yes, when it would be.
Finally everything went well. Three days after the first package the second one was delivered.

Great huge colourfull hammock
We are very happy with the hammock. colours are great en the size is perfect. Indeed possible for 2. I bought the hanging system with it and it was very easy to hang it between the trees in our garden!
