We'll take back products, even if you've simply changed your mind, provided they're returned within 28 days of delivery; are (in our opinion) unused, unassembled, undamaged and capable of reselling; and are in their original packaging.
Please note: you'll need to pay the cost of returning the goods (unless they're faulty or wrongly delivered). Bespoke, printed or personalised products are excluded (as they cannot be re-sold); in the case of a part return, any discount related to the size of the original order will be recalculated.

Children’s hangers
I was so impressed when I received my new hangers which were the ones with the animal toppers for my little boys bedroom. Unfortunately one has been damaged in transit and when I contacted Jenny at Hangerworld, she was lovely and helpful and a replacement hanger arrived the next day. Brilliant customer service.

I placed an order with this company in…
I placed an order with this company in September and there were two hangers short in the number delivered. I have e-mailed them three times to point out the shortfall and have not even had an acknowledgement. Very poor customer relations.

orderd 50 hangers but 10 arrived broken…
orderd 50 hangers but 10 arrived broken the same hangers on amazon are more expensive they are just in a box without now bubble wrap to separate them I emailed the company got a reply saying they would send out more hangers in replace of the broken ones but still not received any orderd on 17 th Nov fast delivery though maybe the delivery company broke them still they do the job and are cheapest iv seen on internet
