Fraudulent Charges

I signed up for a deal in Feb 2024 to receive a box for only the cost of shipping. I received the box and cancelled the subscription because it didn't seem worth the cost of a subscription. In Dec 2024 they suddenly charge my credit card again for shipping. The website is down, their social media accounts have been closed, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with them.

Misrepresentation of Their Product (I.E. Scam)

The date box is an overall scam since you're paying $20+ dollars on a box that is filled with "ice-breakers, an ingredient list, song playlist, cards to give to your significant other, and a cheaply made memory book." Honestly, you could easily replicate their boxes for under $10. Not mention, the box DOES NOT come with the items needed to make whatever food item was planned. In my box it was specifically truffles, but came with NOTHING to make the truffles except for a few cheap paper truffle wrappers and toppings (i.g. sprinkles). Overall, I was underwhelmed and would never purchase any of their items. Lastly, the only positive is that after my dissatisfaction with my initial first box of 3 (because I subscribed to 3 boxes), they did refund me back the last 2 boxes, since I no longer wanted the subscription.
