Het probleem zat in uw advertentie op de site dat u de bestelling zeer snel zou leveren. Ik moest via e-mail aandringen op die onbevredigende uitleg. En je begrijpt de frustratie toen ik zag dat ik de volle prijs betaalde voor iets, terwijl de advertentie nu een product was waarbij je er één koopt en er één gratis krijgt. Ik heb de verzendkosten en belastingen betaald, maar ik heb geen commentaar gegeven.

Very good duvet

I ordered several duvets and one of them had a quality issue (the seam came undone). They were very helpful and sent me a voucher covering the costs of the duvet, so I can order a new one. Also very happy that they now ship to Spain! Thank you!

Too thin, not warm enough.
I purchased this duvet after reading that it was suitable for all seasons. Unfortunately, the duvet does not provide nearly enough warmth for a winter night. I would use it more as a decorative sheet to put on the bed.
