The original organisational side seemed impressive, and the excellent reviews influenced my decision to employ this company on a once-only basis for a thorough house clean.
In reality I found that the team had taken many many shortcuts. Jobs that had been specifically requested were not done, and the cleaning itself was not up to scratch.
I’m still finding areas that were missed or cleaned badly. I wouldn’t recommend the company. I’ve had to work hard to complete the job I paid them for. I have already put in many hours and have more to do in order for the job to be complete.

JAde as ever does a super job for us .Not only that but she is a delight to have around.

Claire, who runs the company, is a lovely lady who is very helpful. I like the fact I can pay by standing order so I’m not having to get cash out every week. I don’t have to provide any cleaning products either. My cleaner is friendly, adaptable and does an excellent job. I am delighted that I signed up with this company.

The Happy Cleaner provided an excellent service, and I love how my home smells and just love how they make my mirrors shine….

Cleaners are always on time, friendly and polite. They do a great job and leave my house sparkling clean. The team are flexible and will work around me to do the cleaning jobs I require in the allotted time which can vary at times. Claire is an effective manager and deals with any issues swiftly. Thank you team- keep up the good work! :)
