Definitely a scam. I lost $3,000 to this scam. Just think, how much should you loose in 90 days, not a lot, but they play on your emotions and desperations and I gained the miniscule amount back in a couple of weeks.

This company is an absolutely disgusting scam. They go after your insecurities or desire to get healthier with lofty promises of being able to eat what ever you want, and that you will be in constant contact with coaches, dietitians, and doctors. They say all the right things to get you to sign up for this insanely expensive program only for you to find out its basically just a standard diet, with extreme limitations on what you can eat, how much you can eat, you do not speak 1 on 1 with anyone other than a boarded house wife or retired person who is reading off a script the whole time. They do not take dietary or allergy restrictions into account, as they continued to recommend peanuts and shellfish to my girlfriend who is deathly allergic to both, and we told them that many times but they would then turn around and say to try some peanut butter.
If the program doesn't work for you they promise a 30-day money back, except if you miss even a single day or tell them something isn't working, they blame you and say you didn't adhere to the program and don't get a refund.

I am an argumentive individual and when they refused to refund I got a bit confrontational, and then I submitted a Report to the BBB, they proclaimed I threatened physical violence on them called me unstable, and threatened to sue me because I had the audacity to attempt to call their multiple ghost locations (yes that's right street view all their addresses and you will find no office) to settle the issue before it got even worse. At time of writing this I have submitted my final response to my BBB complain and will be moving on with my life and cutting myself away from this manipulative scammy company. If someone were to bring them up around me I will not hold my tongue and when given an opportunity to review them I will be brutally honest about their horrible practices and their awful program. 0/5 starts if I could, DO not get scammed do not let your loved ones and friends get scammed, just cut back, get active and if absolutely needing of help 1500-3000 dollars will get you some good time with an actual trainer or dietitian, just do that.

This is a scam. After a month when I lost no weight but was told I lost 11 inches I asked for my first payment to be refunded. I was told I could not get a refund because I had not followed the program. I did follow the program and when I questioned the way they measured me I got told it was all from information in a special scale and measuring was too lose. I thought it to be a little strange that when I hesitated about this diet and paying all at once the coach Katie told me that it would probably be better to make payments just in case I did not see any results in the first month. I should have known by that statement that they were going to find something wrong and tell me I did not follow the program. I actually should have listened to my gut feeling but I didn’t.

The money back guarantee they offer is worth nothing. If you don't loose weight they try to scam you with made up calculated weight loss. Then blame you for the programs short comings. If you can loose weight easily then it might work for you but if not beware of the health dare.
