Best thing you could do for yourself
I’ll start by saying that I hadn’t worked out in a long time, so I was worried the classes might be too hardcore. I’m so glad I gave it a try. The program starts slowly, the groups are very small, and the trainers always make sure you’re working at the right level for you. Since this is a baby class, I was also nervous about how everything would work with my baby—especially in the early days when even leaving the house felt difficult. But the studio has thought of absolutely everything: Moonboon, BabyBjörn chairs, play mats, toys, and all the essentials. The babies get to interact, and you get to connect with other moms, which makes it feel like a real community. There’s truly no situation that can’t be handled there—microwave for formula, diapers, wet wipes, everything. Once I even forgot my baby’s formula, and another mom went to the shop to get it for me so I didn’t have to skip my workout. That says everything about the atmosphere at The Health Hub.
The owner (Sara) is super friendly and always checks in before and after class, and the trainers Marie and Nanna are amazing—not only for the workouts, but also with the babies. If my daughter ever got fussy, they took great care of her, and if I needed to breastfeed or tend to her, there was never any pressure.
And have I mentioned that I don't speak Danish and everyone was completely on board to have the training in English??!
I’ve done three rounds of these classes and am very happy with my progress. I’d do it again and again—Health Hub is truly amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough.
