The service is absolutely amazing I can’t recommend this company enough. You get all your fake bottles on Amazon/tictok etc . They are rip offs do not get them from Amazon or other retailers like tictok . The proof in the pudding. This has changed my life tbh . It gives you the stuff your body needs . It release stuff that benefits your body . It’s cleared my brain fog , feel a lot healthier drinking this bottle content. It’s been proven for many health benefits. The healthy hydration is the real deal . I put my mates on to this and they are feeling the benefits so my papa . I had a problem with Healthy hydration and wrote a review on this site. It was called, If you're not happy, we are not happy. I'M NOT HAPPY. Within a few hours of my review the company got in touch and said they had seen my review and they would be sending me the product. It arrived in a few days. It is a really good product, well made and good quality. Now i'm happy. I would like to thank Victoria a customer service representative who has been very helpful.

This company did not have a small object in stock and because of that they sent me 2 bottles that I am very happy with. Placing another order

My original order did not arrive after a fair few weeks of emails between myself the couriers and healthy hydration Victoria from customer services became involved and sent out a replacement within a matter of days which has been well worth the wait . It is made of actual glass unlike others I have tried , the battery also lasts a lot longer than others it is well worth the price .

Hi I previously made a review with one star as waited say to long for delivery, to then find out somebody else received my order! However today I received a replacement so true to their word they sent out a new one

Awful customer service. Wont accept a refund as I cannot provide a tracking number… even though this was never stated or told to me.

I paid for return delivery myself, so why would I have to pay £6/7 for the tracking service. ‘100 say money back guarantee” is absolute rubbish.

I purchased a bottle from healthy hydration and had problems with the delivery and left a review reflecting this problem. I have now received the bottle as healthy hydration sent me out A replacement with no qualms. The bottle is excellent - a good size and charges quickly and easily. I would recommend healthy hydration to anybody.

I recently purchased this water bottle, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I love that it doesn’t leak at all. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean and the sturdy construction feels like it will last for years. I also appreciate that it’s eco-friendly and helps me cut down on single-use plastics. I tested the healthy hydration PEAK H2 bottle for molecular hydrogen with blue reagent test kit. It processed only 500 PPM with one cycle and two cycle processes. Later, the bottle would turn itself on all by itself causing concern for overheating as the base was hot. It would also start a clicking sound while sitting on the table while off. Now, the bottle will not even turn on. I asked for a refund THREE TIMES from the company showing the video results of not even close to their advertised PPM and they never answered. Companies like this need to be reported to the FTC which I am in the progress of doing. They are ripping off people.

I placed an order for two hydrogen water bottles costing my £71 at the beginning of 16 March 2025 and still have not received the items. The delivery service (Evri) returned the package to the sender due to a failed delivery, and despite this, I have received no refund and no meaningful communication from customer service.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I urge other customers to think twice before ordering from this company. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer support raises serious concerns. Be warned — you risk losing your money with no product to show for it.

Order was sent and delivered. Even thou the delivery company lied that the delivered it

When my hydration bottle arrived it worked for only two days. Emailed customer service. They suggested a solution of using another charger and cable. I tried what they suggested but it didn't work. Contacted customer service again and they sent me a replacement within 3 days. I am very impressed with the customer service. When the bottle was working it was very good. Looking forward to trying the replacement.

My order arrived on time and very well packaged - have loved using the bottle, I have since ordered the cover too which is useful. I had some questions about the hydrogen water bottle that the customer service team dealt with via email - great service!

Had a leak issue with one of them, Victoria of their customer service department immediately got in touch with me within 24 hours. After a couple of email communications with her, she took care of the situation. In fact, Healthy Hydration went above and beyond what I was expecting! That is why I'm giving them a

The product isn’t as advertised! No PEM technology, no branding on the bottle, the bottle leaks water.

I ordered 5 bottles for all of my family members and since i started using it my health is getting better and i feel good every day.

I bought bottle last week and it is working amazingly. Quality of bottle is good and delivery time is great i received my bottle in 2days.
I am very happy. 😃
