I have paid for 1st Class Royal Mail…
I have paid for 1st Class Royal Mail delivery and the package arrived after 3 days. Not once ... twice. They make you pay 4£ shipment like it comes from another state. Not cool !!

Please let me know if there is anything further we can do to improve your review score. As mentioned over email, you have our full support and assistance however we can't control the speed at which Royal Mail delivers. We mentioned we would happily replace or refund any lost packages but Royal Mail requires at least 10 days for an item to be considered lost as opposed to 36 hours.
Although you paid for 1st Class Postage this doesn't guarantee Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail, we offer that service via Royal Mail Special Delivery. That being said both your orders were delivered within 48 Hours from dispatch and we refunded the shipping cost although it was still well within Royal Mail's Time Limits.
Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance as we always want to look after our customers as best we can.
