PLEASE RUN AWAY
FROM THIS FAKE SITE WITH DECEITFUL LYING PEOPLE. i ordered for over 2 weeks and didn’t get the tracking informatio. Not only was i being given cock and bull story about my order but this lying and deceitful people sent a wrong tracking details that showed the package was delivered in US to Paypal to get the payment released to them knowing fully well that the package wasnt shipped to me. When i called them out that i have reported their SCAMMING GAME TO PAYPAL, they finally responded to my message which they didn’t respond to for 4 days until i told them about their SCAM. BUYERS, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE. They only responded to messages if you tell them about telling others about their SCAMMING. Save your time and money from this nonsense and lying people. HEPPER SALES IS FRAUD AND SCAM. Period

Dear future buyers! I urge you to think about buying from Hepper Sales. This company is not trust worthy. Do not believe what they tell you and what is on their website. Gemma and Holy are the two person that I have been in contact with to purchase an item. In the beginning when they want you to purchase from them, they will contact you and stay on good communication. From the moment you want to make a return, they will make all sort of excuses of why the delay of responding your emails. There is no phone communication because no one picks up the phone.
There return policy states that they will provide you a label for the return. However, this not true, they will ask you to do the return and they will reimburse you.
I spent $ 200 to shipped the item to HepperSales. I found out the item was stuck at Fedex custom. I contacted Fedex and they needed clearance from HepperSales.
I contacted Gemma and Holy and ask them to contact Fedex. They said they will contact Fedex. Gemma sent me an email from GTSClearance that states " thank you for the clearance information". So I believe they contacted Fedex and provided what ever information was needed for the clearance.
Well guess what people! I contacted Fedex this morning and they said, they did not receive any information from Heppersales. Now the shipment is being sent back to me, in which they will charge me a fee for returning to the US.
HepperSales is company of lies and false advertising. Do not purchase from this company unless you are okay to loose all your money.

I have done business with Hepper Sales on numerous occasions, and EVERY experience has been an AWESOME one! I have ordered a men’s ROLEX watch, and a Louis Vuitton hand bag, which were both of HIGH QUALITY! Barry assisted me throughout the process and all went smoothly! Since then, WE have ordered other products such as a Louis Vuitton belt, and another men’s Rolex watch! We love Hepper Sales! You can not find better prices, and quality products!
Their initial site was hacked in the past and the founders kept us up to date faithfully! Maybe the poor reviews were set to damage their credibility?! I implore you to try them for yourselves! They’ve worked hard to establish excellent customer care, in which they have provided EVERY TIME!

I placed a order 10 days ago and no one will help me. This must be a fake everything. And they took my money. I have tried to ask questions and all I get is we will check into it. Um….2 to 3 days processing and 4 to 14 days delivery and still don’t have a tracking on my item. 1091HS order number. I guess I need to turn them in To BBB.
