Purchased "thewash", the most expensive shampoo ever purchased. Thinking it would really clean my hair, remove the itch i had, make it soft. It did none. Felt like $4 shampoo. Contacted them and they never responded. Too bad this was after their money back. Lost $35

Not a good start during the order process, given discount codes for first order and non of them worked which is disappointing to say the least.
Let’s see if they mess the order up or are out of stock like other customers have experienced.

I'd been looking for a black watch tartan kilt for some time. The Highland's Store kilt was exactly what I wanted, but quite expensive. In the end I decided to order it. It arrived quickly. It's really lovely - as described, great quality and fits perfectly. I'm very happy with it and feel it was worth the cost. My only minor 'criticism' is that it came just in a mailing bag (not wrapped separately which I always think is helpful in case the bag gets damaged in transit). Otherwise the whole experience was excellent.

My first experience with The Highlands Store was an absolute pleasure. I got some presents for my wife with very competitive reduced prices. Some did not fit and I sent them back with pre-paid labels and the money was refunded within 48 hours

Ordered some clothes from this website and whilst the website experience left a lot to be desired (number of items unable to be added to basket & confirmation emails taking over a week to be received due to stock levels, etc) I received all but one of the items I’d ordered within 2 days following the confirmation -
so felt this was great especially due to the delivery being free!

One item was received with a security tag still attached but this was resolved in a quick manner by the store and I received the item without the security tag in no time.

Could definitely improve on the website and experience it provides when under stress but think the customer service I received was great!

Extremely disappointing and abysmal customer service. Order placed (and paid) on 10th February. Email received 16th February advising item out of stock! Only plus point is that my refund was made on 16th as well.

Bought a Barbour international union jack jacket during lockdown. Best price around. Unfortunately I didn't fit well and was returned free postage and quick refund didn't get 5 stars as they didn't have An alternative size. I would definitely shop here again.

After a winter coat. Shopped round for the one I wanted. It was so cheap at The highland store I ended up buying two of the same coat in different colours. Quick and easy to use their website and order. Coats were dispatched and delivered very quickly. Very happy!
