Hello my friend..iam is mining company product

Edit: I am upgrading due to the final excellent response but am witholding a star because I had to do the follow up via another phone call. I had no response to my phone message or e mail.The lady who I finally spoke to was lovely and very efficient and finally, I am sorted. I am leaving my first review in place, below

Lovely items, packed very well, delivered quickly. However both items were the incorrect sizes. I need the sizes that I ordered. One was small and they sent medium, the other was small and they sent large

I have not been able to speak to anyone, I have left a message and sent an e mail. Items received today and I will edit this rating up or down, depending on the response and action

The one star is purely for their customers service or lack of it, I have been trying to contact them for over a week.
I have sent three emails and made several unanswered calls reference a missing order I placed but did not receive.

I have previously ordered from them and have been very pleased with my items which is why I was so disappointed at their non response to my missing order 1000081589.

Hopefully someone will respond to this.

The customer service I received after I notified Tom of my faulty laundry basket was brilliant! I got two options on what I could do and he dealt with this in a timely manner, would Definately use company again!

ORDERED 4 DUCK EGG HAT BOXES, WELL WHAT CAN I SAY!! LOOKED OKAY ON PHOTO, WHEN RECEIVED, SHOCKED TO FIND LOAD OF RUBBISH!!!!! VERY POOR QUALITY, SIDES WERE FLIMSY AND BENDY, BASE MADE OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD, OVERPRICED SHODDY GOODS!!!!!!! EXPENSIVE POSTAGE!! UNAPPROACHABLE, NON CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO DONT CARE! RETURNED TO HEAD OFFICE INSTEAD OF DEPOT, SELLER THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND RECEIVED REDUCED REFUND!!!. UNDER CUSTOMERS CONTRACT REGULATIONS WHEN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED, CUSTOMER NEEDS TO NOTIFY SELLER AND RETURN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS, IS THEN ENTITLED TO ORIGINAL POSTAGE TO BE REFUNDED, CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE!!! SEE ALL OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, THERE IS LOTS!!! CUSOMERS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS RANGING FROM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY GOODS,,AND POSTAGE ISSUES!!!! MY ADVICE BUY QUALITY GOODS FROM A REPUTABLE SELLER WITH GOOD CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVOID

I have bought a couple of filing boxes and they are of really poor quality for the price. Really disappointed.

Excellent selection of storage items and amazing customer service team.

Unfortunately I have heard nothing back having e mailed and phoned asking about progress with my order. The phone rings but no answer and no chance of leaving a voicemail. I was hoping for a response from my e mail. I am getting worried now that I’ve paid out but won’t receive the goods. I understand that there may be delay due to Covid-19 but surely you can update customers / answer e mails etc.

Have ordered a basket twice (3 months apart) only to be told after they have taken my money that the item is out of stock and they try and push me to buy a more expensive item. Why do they continue to sell something they know they don’t have?

Returns Bought some file hangers - whether wasn't clear they were for some midget cabinet or I didn't read it - they were too small. Looking at returns - £17.95 to return items and another 20 per cent re-stocking off any refund - really no point - they'll be going on Ebay.

Won't look at their site for anything else.

I bought the architect's cabinet which is just fabulous. It was packaged excellent and made its way to Ireland in one piece. I love it. Tom is fantastic, his communication is outstanding. Any query I sent him he replied within the hour which is unheard of. I shop online for everything and this is honestly the best company I have come across. Can not recommend this business highly enough. Paying a little bit extra is so worth it for items you simply dont see in high street stores.

I have just bought 3 large Lincoln Mendong Natural Underbed Storage Boxes, which are not cheap, but are of great quality, very stylish and are exactly what I had been looking for. They are incredibly strong too. I ordered them on Friday morning and was delighted when they arrived by courier, next day, on the Saturday!

Great customer service from The Holding Company.

We bought four large storage boxes from The Holding Company. The boxes looked great when they arrived - we wanted them to be on display in our study rather than be hidden away - but unfortunately two of the lids were damaged at the corners. Robert couldn't have been more helpful; sorting replacements immediately and arranging for the faulty boxes to be picked up. We used to shop at their store on King's Road, so it's great to see that the online site has the same focus on customer service and some fantastic storage stuff.

I bought the "Lincoln Mendong Woven Foolscap Files Box" from The Holding Company at the extortionate price of £60 for one storage box. When I tried to put my (definitely foolscap) hanging files in it, the bars on which to hang them were placed too far apart, rendering the box utterly useless for the purpose. One of the bars was also quite loose and came out easily. Unfortunately I had thrown away the paperwork etc. so was unable to return the item. When I tried to email I found the email address mysteriously doesn't work. I certainly wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Ordered some storage boxes. They look stylish and seem sturdy (grass covering a cardboard case) and will do the job, however, they are very expensive for what they are and I've seen storage boxes that would have done the same job since for a fraction of the price (plastic). They may not have looked quite as stylish but would definitely have done the job. I hope that the product holds up.

Excellent customer service. Our order was sent with a part omitted by the manufacturer. The mistake was corrected with no fuss, by return of post, and with a little bonus thrown in. Very happy.

Tom at the Holding Company sorted the minor problem I had with a basket professionally, quickly and generously and I wouldn't have any hesitation ordering from The Holding Company again. Plus the products are lovely and the quality excellent! Thanks

We placed an order on Cyber Monday. Everything was accepted and discount was applied. Called 2 days later to say that almost all the Elfa items were out of stock and we'd have to wait a few weeks for them. This caused us to miss out on the discounts available from Store and Ironmongery Direct. We cancelled our order. I would not recommend a company who can't keep their websites stock status up to date.
