I ordered two items. The packing slip confirmed this. I recieved a box with 6 partitions in it but only one item . I enquired if the other item was posted separately but after a long wait recieved no reply. I wrote again & no reply. I was a regular customer and they were always very slow but I cannot continue to order on this basis.
Be wary of this company! They took my order and money and then I heard nothing from them. I tried to track my order following their instructions… which lead nowhere. I emailed them several times to ask about my order and received no answers. I tried to ring and all calls went to voicemail. I emailed to cancel my order and get a refund … it took 3 months for the refund with no response over that time. Not a trustworthy service.
