Dollar tree was a good experience had all the items I wanted and had good customer service too.
Ordered an item for my unborn babies nursery. When it arrived it had a big sharp peice sticking out of the wood, nearly cut myself on it.
Sent an email asking for it to be resolved, no response days later including a message on social media.
Ordered on the 8th of February. Chased on the 20th via email. Advised if it's not delivered by the 23rd that they would replace. Chased again on the 29th of February and still awaiting a response 4 days later.
Poor service. Avoid avoid avoid.
Now chasing for a refund.
⭐⭐⭐ Excellent seller ⭐⭐⭐. Items were despatched quickly and were received in super fast time. They were extremely well packaged and the whole shopping experience was simple and stress free. Recommended seller. Many Thanks A+++
