Stay Away

I ordered a basic crew T package (so mind you, no designs) in mid January for a Valentine’s Day gift. I got my package the Tuesday after Easter. After waiting a month to receive the package, I opened it to discover they sent the wrong size. I returned mine and it was delivered within 3 business days, and I still didn’t receive the replacement for a whole additional month. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, these over priced Ts aren’t worth your time and trouble.

I’ve Cut Ties

Unfortunately, after several years as a customer of Home T, I too have decided to cut ties. I love their products, but shipping is horrendous. Orders take forever to ship.
My most recent order is still enroute as of today, Dec 13. I placed the order Nov 22. I absolutely needed them no later than today to gift to recipients. Now, I’ll need to mail them out at my own expense. If you’re in absolutely no rush, the items are super, but with our expectations of rapid shipments these days ( think Amazon), 3 + weeks is just not acceptable. By the way, my last order earlier this year also took forever, so you can’t blame the “holiday” rush.

Ordered a shirt for my wife and she…

Ordered a shirt for my wife and she ordered the same shirt herself. Sent one back, gave specific instructions to return the funds to my credit card. Was told I have to fill out a form. Um, no, you have the shirt and instructions on how to refund. Still haven’t received a refund. Not filling out another form. You have the shirt and the authorization, where is the refund??

Look elsewhere

Look elsewhere! Saw an add somewhere and made a purchase without checking the reviews. Purchased shirts at the end of June, finally received them mid-late July (after my boyfriends birthday) only to find them extremely thin and basically see thru! Emailed them about a return, ended up returning them only to find they charge almost a $20 restocking fee that is not mentioned anywhere on their website or in correspondence with me. Really? They shove 4 shirts in a plastic bag and are charging ME a restocking fee?! Nope, they stopped communicating, so I took it up with my credit card. Would pay more just to get decent customer service!

Horrible Customer Service

We ordered Christmas shirts and they arrived late, even though we ordered early. Then I was told they don’t do refunds, but we could get store credit. I mailed the shirts back and waited for the credit. It’s two months later and we’ve gotten no credit. They said they have to wait for confirmation from their “warehouse” that they received the return. Now it seems as though we have gifted this ridiculous company more than $100. I would suggest that you not trust this company.

Update: Shortly after this review, we received our “exchange code.” We chose new shirts (still no refund was possible) and received them fairly quickly. At least we got our money’s worth, but I will not be doing business with this company again. It seems strange to have so many restrictions and definitely does not make for satisfied customers.

Zero customer service…

Company refuses to respond to inquiries about an incorrect item sent. I have emailed multiple times and even tried Facebook. When I started commenting on their other shirts how can’t seem to get customer service, they deleted my comment and blocked me from saying anything else. Do not trust them.

They "forgot" to mark the item I purchased as out-of-stock & I'm still waiting on refund.

Ordered and Xmas gift 3 weeks out, checked in with them two weeks later and am told "sorry we don't know why that's on our website" (item is still active on their site as of the writing of this review).

Now I'll have to pay extra to get the item delivered in time.

Still waiting on my refund - support has not responded to my cancellation request (even though they don't even carry the actual item they sold me).

Can't leave a review for them on Google since they don't have a physical address that I've been able to locate.
