Listen to the previous reviews. I wish I had researched before purchasing. You will send your money away and you'll get nothing in return. It seems to be a fairly long running business with an ABN, so I'm not sure what's going on.
The seller will not respond at all and then eventually your emails won't even go through (meaning they've blocked you).
If this has happened to you and you paid via PayPal, you can claim a refund. I feel bad for you if you paid via card though, as that may be more difficult.

I purchased a product shown as in stock…

I purchased a product shown as in stock . I payed express shipping and received order confirmation email . Over 30 days later Ive received nothing and no progress emails . Emails to the customer service centre over the past few weeks have gotten no reply and I've had no correspondence from them.

DO NOT SHOP

Back in feb 2022, I ordered from thehoneylounge, and I never received my package worth $100. it never shipped out, the company basically disappeared too. Couldn't contact them at all. HORRIBLE

A long delay resolved perfectly

Had an order that took a couple months to get to me. I somewhat anticipated a delay since one of the products I figured would be hard to get. I wrote up an email asking if the rest of the order could be sent to me or for a full refund if there was some other issue. Although I didn’t get any communication back for a while, when I did it was extremely. In the correspondence there was an apology, a brief explanation, a resolution and additional bonus for my time. Everything I could hope for after a long wait. I definitely plan or ordering from your site again.

Very happy

Very happy, there was a delay in delivery due to covid but they let me know what was going on.
Delivery was fast once they overcome the delay from their suppliers.
