Ahmed Alzomor

I graduated in 2019 and this is a recent experience I had in Sept 2023

I sincerely don't recommend this institute due to some unethical behaviours I have witnessed plus refusing to give the minimum every student member needs and these are:

- Refusing to give the minimum, which is a stamp on a certificate to pursue my career and MBA, as a result career opportunities and MBA opportunities are being limited to access, this is a big loss for me and the bright future I am trying to get

- Misleading descriptions on the qualifications they have, they are not being 100% transparent about the qualifications

- Confusing qualification naming, naming it Diploma, it's equivalent to Bachelor's and at the same time it's level 6 qualification!!!! who has the time to listen to me all of this nonsense you are creating, just name it level 6 equivalent to Bachelors so recruiters and universities perceive it well

- Because of their irresponsible behaviour by refusing to stamp my certificate justified by "working remotely" or "we don't have a stamp" I have now to go for more expensive MBA options costing me a lot, putting so much pressure on my finances, imagine this is caused by them because they refused to have a stamp that will cost them 20 GBP or less

It's a big lie they don't have a stamp, how would they stamp on job contracts, and partnerships? and governmental documents? Complete nonsense

You go against what you promise which is elevating career options, and you honestly need to review your post-sale experience, aligning your actions and the value you add with what you promise

I wish this website allows attachments, to show you the email communication I had with their staff
