Always such a pleasure speaking with Ian. I remember at the very beginning of the first lockdown, when I was a newly Registered Manager, that Ian took the time to speak with me about some areas I was less confident in and he gave me some really helpful advice that I still use to this day and I am very grateful for. When catching up with Ian, there is no hard sells, no pressure, and for that I’m also grateful. Whilst we’re not in a position to utilise In Care Group’s services at present, I would not hesitate to recommend them to any manager or provider looking for a very personal and bespoke support and training package. It is very evident in the way Ian delivers his business that blood, sweat and tears goes into his work and into the training but what overrides even all of that is the warmth and passion he has for the care sector and in providing high quality services to ease the load for managers and providers everywhere.
It has to be said, that Ian has been and continues to be a positive and friendly voice in a currently very challenging and unpredictable sector, and we are very lucky to have him around!

The incare group have supported me through training which has enabled me to gain my registered manager position. Their aspiring managers program was excellent and gave me the knowledge and understanding i needed and helped me to recognise my weaknesses aswell as my stregnths, also the CQC inspection ready course helped me to provide an excellent presentation for my interview and knowledge i will require for inspections going forward as well as Joanne supporting me on a one to one basis of a mock interview which gave me the confidence i needed amongst other courses throughout the whole process. Through their support i have excelled within my role. The support from the incare group has been exceptional and second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them and i have now received my registration with CQC and can start my new role. I would highly recommend the incare group to anyone. Thankyou to you all

A passionate organisation of industry experts who are really dedicated to improving and nurturing all aspects of the care sector. The training courses are wonderful, extremely cost effective and cover a diverse range of skills to keep you and your employees up to speed in all areas.

A brilliant group, what I like more than anything, is that time is taken out of such a busy day to explain things to me. Ian has been exceptional regarding answering any questions asked. I found the ordering system easy to navigate and received a confirmation email almost immediately. I completed the course in about 1 hour and thought it was good value for money. I was given just the right amount of information to enable me to go ahead and research anything I needed more information on. I will do further training as it becomes available.

I have recently completed the aspiring managers course which i found extremely interesting. This course helped me to recognise my own strengths and weaknesses aswell as giving me extra knowledge and skills to enable my performance to excel aswell as also helping others to progress within their roles. Ian was always happy to help and gave good feedback and advice the whole way through. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.

The aspiring managers course has really helped my prospective new manager. The person who has done the course has improved all round and can now identify her own shortfalls.
