It took more than 2 months to get the…
It took more than 2 months to get the puppets I ordered and they were not shipped together. It took more than a month for the 1st one and 2nd one for over 2 months. Every time I checked in about the order you gave me a reason. You said, "these were hand made. It will take time". Another time you said, "the craftsman made a mistake we are making a new one". And the third time you said, "we received the product but it has errors it doesn't match the one you ordered. We can ship it if you want!!" At this point I absolutely had no patience to wait or listen to more reasons. I am not going to buy anything from you ever again nor would I recommend you to anyone. I understand these are handmade but please don't say, "ships in 2 weeks" on your website. It is misleading

While our products are handmade and timelines are often dependent on our artisans, the shipping estimate shown on our website factors for typical lead times. However, as previously communicated by our representative, there are instances where an artisan may be unable to deliver the desired product due to personal circumstances, as happened in this case. In hindsight, we recognize that we could have acted sooner by offering alternative options and working toward a quicker resolution.

The service with India Craft house was excellent.
The service with India Craft house was terrific. They were able to provide a particular item that I had been looking for and it was made by a craftsperson. When I asked about delivery times India Craft house responded quickly. I was updated about the shipment and there were no issues at all with delivery. I will buy again.

Delivery to be improved. Good product
I had ordered a simple black thread chain which was super nice, but a month of waiting for it put me off. They probably need to employ more artisans to get the products out in at least 10 days if they have a lot of orders . Anyway, I suggest working on improving delivery time as the products are nice

Dokra products poorly made
The dokra products shown on the website were intricately designed as compared to the products sent. The products sent were unfinished and did not seem to be made by a trained master craftsman.
