Fast, Comprehensive Service

Came into work one day with my Macbook Pro refusing to charge, contacted these guys, drove down, handed over the laptop, came back the next day to pick it up. Really nothing to fault, the whole experience was quick, easy and streamlined.

iMac saved from Death

My trusty iMac i've had since 2019 developed a Hard Disk issue seemingly out of the blue, which stopped it booting up even in safe mode. Found Infinite Loop and rang to see if they knew what might be wrong and if they could help.

It was diagnosed within a couple of days after drop-off, and fixed even quicker than that after i'd accepted the quote. She now runs like brand new with the upgraded SSD and extra RAM.

So thankful to the team at Infinite Loop for saving her from the scrapheap and giving it an extended life. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any other Apple Product repairs or sales/purchases I want in future.

Excellent service and High quality repair

I was really worried to fix my MacBook as other repair stores were charging hefty, but with infinite loops free repair check and the quick turnaround time. I am very grateful for their service as I only had to pay a reasonable amount of 167 pounds to replace the charging port of my laptop. The keys weren’t working and I had trouble switching on, thanks to their service I can confirm that it is in peak condition a month later. Definitely recommend for anyone with apple repairs.

My ageing Ipad Air 2 had an issue with the battery - this was diagnosed by Apple who then couldn't / wouldn't replace the battery. Looked on internet for possible repairer and found Infinite Loop. Turned out to be a great choice as the battery replacement process end to end was brilliant and at a good price. Ipad now working fine and will keep me going for a hopefully a few more years - thanks Infinite Loop

People who care

Went to them for an SSD swap-out on a 2013 iMac, a horrible job done swiftly and professionally. They understand 🍏 and the brand and the history, so if you care then they’re the ones to go to.

Macbook Pro 2014 Restoration!

I had attempted to repair my Macbook Pro 2014 with another company but unfortunately after receiving it - there were still issues with the machine.

Infinite Loop are an excellent, thorough and transparent team of engineers who took in my machine, reported the issues upfront and had them resolved within a insanely quick turnaround time and a fraction of the price Apple were quoting.

Not only were they able to restore my old MBP but also able to recommend hardware maintenance I might need to tend to in the future for the machine.

If you're looking for certified Apple repairs within Birmingham, Infinite Loop are the people you need to see.

M1 Max - Just like new

I had a few issues with my M1 Max. A cracked screen and liquid damage to keyboard. As it's part of the Apple Silicon series, parts for these machines aren't available from anybody but Apple and I had initially tried to fix it through Apple but without Apple care I was recieving quotes which equaled nearly the total price of the machine itself.

Working remotely and not being able to use my screen or keyboard was a huge issue and I even considered purchasing an M4 Pro to replace my damaged M1 Max to resolve this issue until a friend of mine recommended Infinte Loop.

From start to finish my experience with Infinite Loop was transparent, smooth and incredibly quick. After describing the issue of my machine and the importance of it for work, they were able to work around my schedule making sure the fix was done in a way that allowed for minimal downtime - which as a remote worker is extremely important.

My M1 Max came back looking brand new and it's been working seemlessly with the hardware maintenance checks and upgrades they provided. I'm so over the moon with how quickly and seamless this all was, right before christmas too!

If you're looking for a certified Apple technians who genuinely care about you and your product, look no further.

My repair was handled fantastically…

My repair was handled fantastically well. The team are clearly experts and competent. Visiting the store physically and speaking with the some of team left me with confidence that my laptop was in good hands. The repair did take a little longer than expected, however was offered to fast track which I decided not to take. They have numerous customers which is a sign of a good/ trusted business.
