Took my sons Mac Book Pro to this small company based in the Heart of Birmingham, they offered a no fee diagnostic service with no pressure to repair.
Dealt with Will and David who were both excellent to keep me in the loop of my repair and answered any questions or concerns I had. We are delighted to have this back in full working order and now have a 12 month warranty on the repair, would highly recommend using this company,

The phone was answered promptly byvery helpful staff who are excellent at communicating over the phone and making collection and delivery systems work well. They give you a sense of confidence in sending an expensive computer to them for repair. I am very pleased with the repairs which were done at a good price. I would definitely use them again.

When my daughter’s MacBook suddenly failed Infinite Loop quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They did so for less than Apple who just wanted to sell us a replacement. I would not only recommend them but have alone back as my other daughter iPhone needed repairing. New screen is as good as new unlike dull screens from elsewhere

The guys at infinite loop are very helpful. Recently had an iPad Air repaired and 2 early generation iPods upgraded with battery and solid state drive. Excellent job and promptly done.

I had my two iPods worked on by Infinite Loop. They were super professional and booking in was simple. Communication via email was clear and seamless throughout the duration of the repair and upgrade. In the end, the repair to my iPod touch was very well done from a quality perspective and the price was good. I also had a storage capacity increase on my iPod classic which I'm also now benefitting hugely from. There aren't many companies doing this at this level in the country. Thanks for the superb work.

I had my Macbook Pro screen replaced by Infinite Loop. Their customer service was amazing, as they managed to run diagnostics, source the screen and resolve the issue within a week. furthermore, they offered the best price for completing the job.

My Apple MacBook Air screen fell and became unrepairable. I was distraught. I called Infinite and they were very helpful and professional, collecting and returning my laptop, following a replacement screen. I would definitely use them again.

I took my 2013 Apple MacBook Pro into Infinite Loop expecting it to be too old to be worth mending - but it wasn't too old! It was returned to me with a new battery and a motherboard which was working fine. It has yet another new lease of life, for which I am very grateful to a very accomplished team! Thank you.

Highly recommend these guys. We received a personalised quote by video the same day as we sent in our enquiry, and they were more than happy to chat on the phone also. The price was reasonable and communication was frequent throughout the time our Mac was off for repair. Thanks!!

Excellent service. Life was breathed back into my Mac desktop when I thought it was bound for the graveyard! Communication was excellent and I was fully briefed on costs and time. It now works better than ever for a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. Really impressed. I will use Infinite Loop whenever I get a problem.

Infinite Loop provided a first rate service replacing a shattered screen on my iPad Pro., at a much more realistic price than repairs through Apple or purchasing a renovated or new iPad Pro. If you product is relatively new, and now faulty but out of warranty, repair at The Infinite Loop is the answer.

After Apple were unable to help me, I decided to contact infinite loop. I’m glad I did. After a full upgrade to the latest operating software I feel like I’ve got a new iMac . Thank you
