Clean nice rooms, and good food in the restaurant, very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel is central and well located. Staff: pleasant, polite, professional and helpful.

Love staying here, lovely and clean pool and sauna is great, rooms are great too. Most of the staff are very nice, there is the odd one that comes across rude but would still recommend it to anyone
We have stayed a couple of times and both stays have been excellent. It’s lovely hotel , very central with great views .All the staff are very helpful , friendly and professional. Particular mentions have to be made for Callum and Faye who were both brilliant

Five of us called in for lunch. Vegetable Soup was on the specials board so sounded perfect. I’m sorry to say it was disgusting. We were served half a bowl of some pale green very watery liquid and half a slice of bread - for the extortionate sum of £8.95 EACH. We left disgusted vowing never to return and wished we had complained at the time but by then the pub was busy and we needed to catch a bus. I know prices have gone up but there is no excuse for such poor quality.
