This company is a bogus! Horrible business!!! don't buy their shil*t !

Inscents Waterfall Biggest Scam Co. Don't buy from them! Added insence cones to order. $20 waterfall turned into $100.Took a month to get it when told a week it will be there. Has a F rating with BBB,not surprised.

I canceled this order within 10 minutes of ordering. They have gave me the run around for 10 days now. Today they said too late to cancel, it has a tracking number. So I can send it back (but I don’t have it, nor do I have a tracking order). But I can pay to return it and insure it. But it’s not let there warehouse, and I’ve tried to cancel for 10 days. Not recommended.

Bait and switch with an order 3 times the advertised cost - wrote to them in seconds - 24 hours later they said it was too late to cancel

The service is great. I had a problem with my first order and the company sorted it out immediately and gave me a gift voucher as recompense. Products match up to the description. Have recommended them to my family and friends

I love my scent waterfall Im constantly ordering new cones I looking forward to buying a new scent burner I have the waterfall one which I love had it two years and still works great will definitely buy again

This product claims to have healthy benefits,in reality inscence smoke releases more cancer causing carcenagens than cigarettes, any smoke is unhealthy to enclose in a room and breathe.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your quick response to all of my emails in regards to my order. I didnt understand the details of my order and complained. All of your responses were understanding..direct...and made sense.... even when I was irritated LOL.

I actually received my order today, way earlier than I expected to! I was very happy about receiving it when I did after all the complaining I did LOL. I need to mention that you guys did a great job in addressing any issues I had with this order. I would shop with you a million times over. I just received my waterfall with incense however I got short changed on two bags and as I was reading the reviews from other people earlier you guys are all right the thing smells like wood burning I had to spray Febreze and Glade terrible very terrible product got me for a while over $100 and I truly believe that all the positive reviews are all fake the BBB grades it as an F! So that should just tell you right there buyer beware

I had to reach out to customer service by contacting them from the web site.) I was very dubious about receiving a reply. Not only did I get one almost immediately, it was packed with information I wanted. I found it extremely reassuring. You gave me much more than I had. Perhaps there’s was something wrong with my connection, I didn’t even get an order number!! I’m all set now!! Appreciate your top shelf customer service!!

Took longer than expected but the burners are great. Excellent conversation piece

I emailed customer service with a question before I would make a purchase today which is Sunday. Not expecting anything until tomorrow. Much to my suprise a few minutes after sending I got a very nice answer completely explaining my question . I replied to it and thanked them and then proceeded to buy my inscents waterfall . A company that cares as they do is very rare today , I highly recommend them !

Your company could send more of a different scents, than the same scent!

My mom bought it and my dad uses it. It smell like charcoal grill outside. The smell stinks and it goes through out the house and I have to spray frebrezee so it could smell better. Ugh. It's a horrible smell

I always had trouble with sleep and anxiety. Good thing I found this Waterfall and decided to try it. It really helped me a LOT. Since then, I was able to sleep well and find peace whenever I light some inscents. I even recommended this to my friend who has a stressful job and after that, she always thanked me for recommending it to her. I always look forward to more purchase and will recommend this to my friends and family.

Had a great experience with your customer service. I made mention on social media that your product, the cone burner, uses the cones in 3-5 minutes . Your customer service reached out to me , and suggested the longer cones! Thank you , you guys rock!! I will keep doing business with you!

So calming and the fragrant cones are really nice. It is also easy to clean. My wife and I are enjoying the fountain several times a day. Thank you!
