Lots of emails & WhatsApp messages, but no actual content. Lots of time is spent 'reminding' people about the event, but when the time came no Zoom link was actually sent.
No response from his team - a complete waste of my time.

I came across Aran and his property training online, not so long ago, and attended some free courses before committing to a paid programme.

I was in no doubt he was the property mentor for me. Not simply due to his extensive property experience but his engaging personality and warm-hearted, welcoming nature.

What also drew me to Aran's mentorship is that he is exceptionally detail-orientated, so, in the teaching
and buying process, no stone is left unturned.

The steps and checks needed to buy property are very clear and as close to hand-holding as a risk averse person like myself could ask for!

It's early in my journey but I feel confident I'll progress well, with all the tools and information to hand, as well as the support from Aran, his team and everyone who is also on the course.

My husband and j joined Aran Curry’s VIP training over a year ago and we are coming to the end of an 18 month mentorship program.

If you do as he teaches, and put time, and focus into (his) education process which is very guided, you will get results.

The in person events are typically always hosted in Manchester, they usually last three days so this will require a dedicated trip! These visits are where the magic happens because it’s all about the group mentality. It really does become like your property family.

I am doing this program with my husband, and this has really worked for us because we do have different skill sets. Together we are stronger!

The element of the course that really resonates with us is the mindset stuff. When you fully understand that being in the property world is about people first and bricks and mortar second, your attitude to life and ‘the deal’ will be next level.

Aran will teach all about fear, as there are plenty of people who do become paralysed by the voice in their head that stops them taking action.

I would recommend this program if you will commit to put in the time and the effort in order to get the results!

Excellent course so enjoyable. Very pleased to have joined. All I need for progressing forward in property. Great fun meeting so many people in the same area of property. Experts for all info required. Easy to understand and source contacts, rules, regs and all knowledge required.

I have just attended the 2024 Property Blueprint 3-day training. It was excellent, packed with useful information and practical know-how which will push me on in my property journey. The Insight Group are a great bunch of people who genuinely want to help people succeed in property. Aran Curry is extremely generous in content and delivery. I highly recommend all the courses and webinars.

Insight Group sourced a property for me, which I was delighted with. However one of the third parties used by them did not deliver as expected and consequently I asked Jess at Insight to help me resolve the issue. While Jess did her best to get them to engage, things were not forthcoming for her, and I eventually raised a formal complaint. At that point, Anita her colleague took the matter in hand, spoke to the third party, and to my delight obtained an outcome which I am completely satisfied with.
Really great service which was above and beyond!

I've already completed a 2yr course with Aran and have gained an amazing amount of new information, a better understanding of property, tax, running various property strategies and how to raise funds. I've also LOVED the consistent mindset teaching which helps so much in all aspects of life (not just property).
In fact I've benefitted so significantly that I've signed up for another 15 months.
It's worth noting that the reviews that aren't 5 star here are from people that have only done the free courses or never actually attended a course at all.
The proof is in the pudding - thanks to Aran, we've just bought our next 'sleeps 16' holiday let and we're already taking bookings!

Aran's Charisma & Straight talking Style is a refreshing take on Property Training.
All the content is incredible, you can find a lot of the information online but this will easily save you 2 to 3 years of learning. Time is a precious commodity that we all have so if you value your own time, this course is a no-brainer. I would highly recommend this event/program to anyone interested in property.
