I'm a repeat customer since 2021 and I love the quality of their planners.
I've bought and tried different types over the years and now I'm very pleased with the undated daily.
You can personalise the planners with initials, if you want to make it special for a gift.
The customer service has always been great. For my latest order (a gift) I didn't validate the order straight away and it messed up the postage fee, which I had not noticed. Patrisha got in touch to double check the information and initiate refund of the difference !

Ordered a passport cover in sage green. Arrived in good time but the colour did not match the online photo (was a lot darker and more of a browny green) Emailed and asked if I could send back and get another colour instead, got a reply and they asked for a photo which I sent and I never heard anything again.
Nice products but colours misleading and customer service not great.

I really enjoyed my experience with The Inspired Stories EU store. I had a little hiccup with the delivery, with it not making to my home and being returned to the sender, and the store was super helpful and tried to discover where it was and when they could attest that it was not delivered to me they sent me a second package within hours.
Once the new package arrived I was blown away. It was incredibly well packed, the packaging felt luxurious and the quality of the materials was great.
I highly recommend this store.

Just got my first order and I’m deliriously happy! All three products I ordered are immaculate: the paper is good quality, the leather is gorgeous. The packaging was luxurious and the personal touch thank you note was just something you would not expect but makes it all the better! I can’t recommend enough!!! I will definitely be dropping Filofax and getting all my stationary from the ladies!!

This is my third year of getting an Inspired Stories planner. I won't use anything else.

Quality is exceptional (mine gets thrown in my bag and comes traveling and it has never broken).
Really great layouts and the team takes feedback every year so every year is better than the last.
Colours, personalisation, and style are so cute. I get so many compliments.

I love my vision board kit! The images are all stunning, printed on really good quality card, and feel so luxurious!
