I booked a boiler service with this company.
The engineer was punctual, professional and gave me useful advice.

Edit - turns out I was wrong, and the damage to the dishwasher was caused by Currys installing it wrong... sorry Samuel, and thanks for your support in getting this resolved.

I have used The Italian Plumber three times over the last 18 months to fix issues in the flat and each time they have been quick to respond, courteous, and good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

An excellent experience! There's a good reason these guys are busy. They're excellent! Support online and on the phone was exceptional- such lovely, helpful, warm, and friendly staff (which really makes such a difference to one's day).
I had a leaky bath tap and a toilet that wasn't flushing. The wonderful and professional Alfons came to the rescue with his expertise, kind demeanour, and can-do/will-do work ethic, and my problems were solved. The Italian Plumber is an exceptional company. I had a new boiler installed and a radiator moved, which took two days in total. Federico was so professional and unobtrusive - I hardly knew he was there. There is an impressive system of balances and checks. His work was signed off by a colleague once he had finished. I have had some terrible -and very costly - experiences with other plumbers so it is such a relief to find a company that is honest, trustworthy and skilled. I cannot recommend The Italian Plumber highly enough. They are my ‘go to’ plumbers from now on.

I fully recommend using the Italian Plumber. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. The plumber fixed my toilet and then offered to do any other quick plumbing work as it took less time than the hour I had paid for. After several awful experiences with plumbers I will now only use this company, it was very good value for money.

I have called on the team at "The Italian Plumber" several times and I have always been totally satisfied. The quality of their work is excellent, and as a professional landlord, I have seen a lot of work of varying quality! They have fixed loos, replaced a built-in shower (a really tough job) and fixed a number of different leaks. They are excellent at working out the source of the problem and fixing it.

I would have no hesitation to recommend Samuele and his team to anyone. I would be very happy for them to work in my own home, as well.

Even more, they work very hard to attend as soon as possible so they are often available at quite short notice, which is a godsend when you have a leak!

I had been struggling to get a quote for some external soil stack repairs. The usual promises of site visits to prepare quotes, which never happened. Then I contacted The Italian Plumber. Quote within 2 days of request, accepted the quote within 2 more days. The work was then carried out with no fuss or bother. Great service.

what else can you expect from any supplier! they dealt with a difficult issues and found a smart fix for a reasonable price.

I've used the services of the Italian Plumber for over 5 years in various properties that I let out. Samuele is friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Hi Samuele and his company fixed a problem with our central heating (firstly the thermostat was broken, but then the replacement failed and then a faulty valve meant that we couldn't turn the heating off!). These problems took quite some time and effort to figure out. Samuele stuck with it and made four visits until the problem was fixed. He communicated well and responded to our concerns as the problem unfolded and gave us the comfort that he would not quit until he had fixed the problem.

Prompt and straightforward as usual. The toilet flush is working well so far.
Not cheap, though.

Just wanted to leave a few positive words on The Italian Plumber, as I feel my experience was really good now on several occasions. The team have helped me with boiler inspections and minor leaks. Always turn up when they say they will, and are reasonable priced.

Reliable and proactive plumbers and gas engineers. Can do attitude and quick response times. Highly recommended!
