First time purchase. The item I bought was the best price around. Delivery to UK was fast and packaging great. Item was genuine. The ring did not suit me so I followed the return/refund process. Comms were great from the seller. Refund process is a little slow (14 days) perhaps as the item had to go back to the designer to check it over. I was a little nervous about that as I never used the company before. I would definitely buy from them again based on my experience this time.

Rip Offs
They're Rip Offs! Tried to purchase Anisa Sojka necklace priced £171. They only give one delivery option which is £25 DHL express. Anywhere else charges £9.95 for DHL Express. Customer service is rude with ugly attitude but thinks she's cute lol. Much better jewellery retailers than this with its embarrassing customer service reps..Purchase direct from the designer as I ended up doing ( with free delivery!) and avoid this scam site.

Also I cannot find you anywhere in our customer database so I don’t believe we have charged you anything, right? I cannot find you in our inboxes either? But please feel free to share here the communication you have had with us, and we are happy to investigate. Although I am absolutely sure that my colleagues has done only their very best to answer your questions in a kind and informative way.
I am also sad to see, that you feel that our DHL shipping rates makes us a scam site, I can’t really see how this has a connection.
