Headache from order to return
This place will send you broken junk then tell you it passes through quality test first. Then to return it is old out dated method of printing your own label and finding the usps in your town and go there. We all know usps is the worst post office to deal with. So be prepared for a headache with this place from order to return. They should be issueing me a full refund or replacment immediately after seeing the pics etc. but instead making go through all this to return damaged broken junk they send. And the lady over the email tells me its certainty not junk.. how do you know? are you the one with it right in front of you watching it not work? Didnt think so. I wish i could post pics and video of the damaged junk they sent. I should have dealt with a better company. So many out there for personal rosin presses these days. They need to step it up seriously! And treat there customers better and no assume there lying. Check your products before sending them and we wouldn't be dealing with this issue.
