I had no problem with my orders except for the time delay which is understandable. You just need to purchase items in advance if time sensitive.

I was ordering some things from this website after I saw an ad for it. But because I find it harder to trust websites, I ordered some cheap things and it said shipping free worldwide. But then after I got past the customer information section when you have to pay, the shipping and handling charges costs something almost to $55!!! Like how absurd was that!

I 'm verry satisfied! It doesn't take Long till they respond to an email if you're worried about your goods/order! I'LL definitely tell my friends here to shop!

Great products at great prices. I would like it they could let you pay with a debit or credit card. But other wise would recomment this site to all my friends and family.

I thought it’s the original ARMY BOMB! But it’s FAKE! I won’t purchase again from this online shop!

Acted in September 2017, and I have not received my goods and have asked to get my money back, which has not happened either.

My orders were a shooky pillow and a bt21 hard case phone cover. And they honestly came in perfect condition.
I also had no problem with the time the shipping took which was a month because It is free and I live in Saudi Arabia.

Your awesome but one of my rings didn’t arrive yet it was ordered 20 days ago and you didn’t send anything about it please contact me on roudaaalsaad@ gmail.com as soon as possible. Between the gmail and @ there is no gap but trustpilot doesn’t allow anyone to send emails.

i haven’t even gotten my purchase yet, and it’s 4 days past it’s arrival date.

Great purchase experience, and shipping was faster than expected.

There was a problem with the tracking number and took longer to arrive than estimated. When it arrived, my product, Van BT21, was messed with the face being upside down. When I emailed the company, they were very friendly and fixed it by sending me free, better version.

Loved my VAN BT21 Pillow! Super soft, arrived quicker than expected!

This was the WORST experience. I ordered a sweatshirt a month in advance of Christmas and didn't get it till march. The first time they sent it, it got lost in the mail but it was returned to them. I asked them to resend and they said they did when in fact they didn't, then I asked for a refund and they kept saying they had sent it to be processed but I never got any results. Thankfully I paid with Paypal so I opened a claim and they refunded me. This shop is pretty much a scam. when I opened the claim the kdom finally resent the sweatshirt but I just got it and it's the wrong one! Horrible quality, paper thin, like you can feel the wind when you walk. I've never had such a bad experience. Do not waste your time and money on this crap.

I got the wrong item. That's all. And they still haven't got back to me about it.

i ordered something february 2017 and its feb 2018 and i have still have not recieved ANYTHING! ive messaged them multiple times and they ask for the order number then never gwt back to me. No refund has been offered either, this is upsetting.

I love everything I have bought from this site. I have no complaints.

Two months and I still don’t have my order. They just keep saying “we have confirmed it is on the way.” This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Unacceptable & unreasonable!!!!!
