I had ordered 1 dozen XL size Organic Gir Kesar mangoes from your website. Order number is # K-5120. I had paid a sum of ₹1,899 for the same.

However, we were shocked when we received the package.
It was smelling very badly and even the delivery person was not ready to handle it properly.

Even before we opened it we knew that the products might be damaged as there was no box but seemed like a paper bag wrapped in a plastic bag. Hence, we videoshot the unboxing.

It's then that we realized that the corrugated box had become damaged to an extent that it was looking like a paper bag, it was completely wet and deformed.
All the mangoes had gone bad and most of them were crushed to a pulp.

Despite sending multiple mails along with the video and photo, there was no response. Phone lines were not working at all.

I paid for their mango delivery over a week ago, and the delivery hasn’t arrived, and the shipping company says it has been damaged, and no one from the company has responded to my messages. This is scam and fraudulent website.
