Once we receive we can arrange the refund. Please include your name and order number so we can identify who it was sent from. Failing to do this can result in delays to your refund.

We also advise that you send the item tracked and retain the receipt as proof

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT INCLUDE THE POSTAGE ON THE REFUND

Extremely bad customer service. Only part of ordered arrived. Have emailed about missing order and no response! Have tried one last time to get reply through the shop app, if no reply then will be contacting bank.

Pease never buy from this company. I ordered two toys and they both turn up faulty, without a box or instructions. When I emailed the company I had an atomic email reply which I received five times when asking them for help on the items. They are happy to take your money but not reply or refund you. They is nothing on the website that lets you write a review or number to contact.

I was fulled by them with their toys on the web page, please don’t do the same.
