Although helpful when it came to sorting out payment before, when the product arrived it was defected and of cheap quality. When we raised this we were told it was because it was 'artigianale' which it most clearly wasn't being made of cheap, flimsy material. Our messages were no longer replied too and we are left with a defected lamp which is of no use and cost just under €150.
