I have just received my order and was completely shocked at the sizing of the product. They are advertised as boxer shorts, but fit like "Y" fronts . They are sized as 2xl, but they are far to small .
On checking your returns policy, it states " all products must be returned in unopened packaging, together with receipt" . How can you check the size without opening the packaging, and there was no receipt included.
All in all , I would suggest avoiding buying from this company, because the quality is poor, sizing is ridiculous and returns are impossible.

I wish I had read the reviews first this company before hitting the button. Ordered bamboo boxer shorts which are not bamboo the quality is terrible and the sizing is not correct. Ordered XL but in the UK they would struggle to fit a Small. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

they promise you at makes your back and your stand better but i need 2 back operations after using the products over a year.

Support laugh at you and beeing ruge.

Sadly, I did check the reviews before I placed my order and at the time the reviews were OK. I wonder who posted those reviews???
The Items I received claimed to be Bamboo products - and yes, I did think too good to be true but still pressed the button. If you find yourself in the same position - don't press that button. The products are not what they claim to be. I can't even be bothered to try and send them back, I will donate them to a worthwhile charity, someone may, at least, get 5 minutes use from them. In fact I might even give them away.
It is incredible how many prizes I have won, and gifts I have been offered. I won't even waste my time acknowledging their emails. Straight in the bin.

Having recently placed an order with this company on line and paid with my credit card apart from having acknowledged the receipt of orders they have given me tracking numbers simply don't work and are not recognised. I strongly suspect a well organised scam.
I have made repeated attempts to contact them and to give me the details of any dispatch of the items I have paid for; they have failed to do so apart from sending me tracking numbers that don't work. If it is a scam I've lost €140. There is so far no sign that my credit card numbers have been used by anybody else so maybe that's the end of it but my advice to everyone is to steer clear of this company
I should have added that on their website stationary they claim 49 Trustpilot star reviews. I can find not one.
Either I'm missing something or the claim is false.
