Utterly ridiculous.
Ordered in November; chased up tracking as nothing in a week, still hadn’t been shipped. Was promised it was shipping “soon”; then 4 items of a 12 item £350 order shipped.
Then they promised the rest was coming “soon”, so an email with the rest of it shipping came - except it wasn’t. I wrote to ask and they said yes, the rest of the order has now shipped. The second email came a few days later with again only a few items being shipped. They lied.
We now have four separate shipping packages with dribs and drabs in, with hardly anything here in time for Christmas after being ordered in November with a 5-7 day turnaround stated. FYI - they are subject to Australian law and as a lawyer I’ll be making a claim for at least a partial refund.
Absurd turnaround, ignorant customer service where you have to DRAG a response out of them, and then just lies when you do.
Partner spent on average £3000 a year here - we will *never* be back.

Convenient online purchase…
Easy to order an item online.Right away I received an email confirming my order and was told I would receive another email when the item was shipped with tracking info. It took about 2 weeks for the item to arrive as it was shipped from overseas. The item was properly packaged when arrived
in perfect condition. I am a repeat customer.

Damaged order got a full refund plus 100dollar giftcard
I got a damaged product. Ordered a jacket. I wore it twice and the fabric started to break. When I emailed them about this and sent picture. I got a full refund plus 100dollar giftcard in the shop. The other product in my order was good quality. I would say this company is legit and have a very good customer support with quick answer and generous refunds!
