This was my first purchase from The Garmentz Lab, and will not be my last ,amazing selection of new ,pre loved and dead stock items.I bought a Ghost ventile jacket with removable puffer liner . Delivery was next day , item was in great condition and at a very good price . Brilliant shop, highly recommend 🤝.

Thoughts these guys was so good when I started purchasing only to find out when I asked to return a item that didn’t fit that they would buy it back for smaller amount had a few bits from them in the past always been ok but when your buy high end items you expect them to be exactly what they say they are lied about the fit to get the sale and also sent a very smelly pair of kicks to me as well which by I add I paid £400 for them never managed to get the smell out of them even to this day so I don’t wear them. Like I say used to buy all the time now I don’t once bitten and all that Jazz

The Garmentz lab had one of my grail’s in stock. The Stone Island O’Ventile Ghost Smock in Black BNWT. It arrived within a few days and was a simple and efficient transaction. zero communication, they post many stories flexing outgoing orders and how much they work, but i honestly hope that mine was just a isolated case.
Had to spam them to have my track, only reply was always "getting yo you asap", "going to the office, will be" etc, for like 10 days. Then the pack arrived, while i wasn't home (obviously), and i had to waste few hours of my time to go to the most congested post office of the city to get it. I also asked of the order was going to be sent as gift "yeah ofc we ship all as gift", but since i am not in UK, and it was sent as a 30£ parcel, i also had to pay 30% extra tax.
Asked for a partial refund, they told me "yeah i send It now" on PayPal ofc...days of silence, no incoming transaction, messaged them and had a rply like "it can take some day" 😂😂😂 like PayPal is not istant...their only luck is stone island is very hot right now, dumb team of kiddos
