Buyers beware. They won’t return a shirt if it doesn’t fit. They claim to have a return policy but when asked they say “regift” to someone else. DON’T purchase from this company

Paied for product that never arrived. Then website was not working to contact anyone. Scam

I placed my order. The money was taken. A few days later I received an email saying they were refunding my payment as they couldn't fulfil the order.

“I’m so gutted. I ordered a snowboarding jacket, which I’ve wanted for so long. It said 48 hrs for delivery. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t even had a notification to say it’s shipped. I’ve emailed the company and I’ve had no response. I leave for my holiday on Saturday and I’m gutted as I won’t get my jacket. I’m more worried they’ve taken my money and won’t have an item to dispatch to me in the first place. Please could someone get back to me. I need to know what’s happening.”

Update…

I want to change my initial review from 1 star to 4. The company dispatched my item shortly after I posted the review. I’m very grateful it was delivered next day which means I can go on holiday with my new jacket.
The only reason I am knocking 1 star off is because the dispatch and communication is a little slow. Although I do understand that with Covid it’s taking longer than normal to ship products out.
Thank you again for sending my jacket.

My purchase did not arrive, the seller did not respond to my correspondence with reference to me notifing them the item had not arrived. No sign of the item after 4+ weeks so obviously its disappointing to be out of pocket.

I made an error with my order and Latitude’s service was brilliant. Understanding and quick to resolve, would definitely order from them again.

Not received any goods. Company emailed after 8 days to say part of our order was not in stock would we like the rest of the order. Unable to reply by telephone (call cuts off) nor email (message immediately returned with error). Very worrying and unsatisfactory. Would like to cancel all goods for a refund.

I did really like the product, just it was supposed to ne delivered in 48 hrs and I got it on the 8th day so that was disappointing, apart from that i would have ordered through them again, so if you are not in a rush...

So, so pleased with my purchase. Fab product and a great fit. Better than expected. I love it and love the colours!! It's exactly what I wanted. Easy to use website, quick and efficient delivery. Will definitely order from this site again. Thank you.

Unfortunately my order never arrived, but my matter was dealt with quicker than any other company I've had similar experiences with, and received a full refund. Would definitely recommend.

I have received two emails to review the product but I am still waiting to receive my product. The shipping is painfully slow. I ordered my item almost four weeks ago.
