Thelaywala builds AI voice and chat agents for businesses that run on phone calls and appointments. Most businesses lose more revenue to slow follow-up than to bad marketing. It qualifies the lead against your criteria, books the appointment straight into your calendar, and writes the whole conversation into your CRM. The same agent covers your inbound calls and texts around the clock, so nothing rings out after hours. Alongside the agents we build the rest of the stack: automations and workflows, CRM setup and integration across HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel and Pipedrive, custom dashboards, websites and applications, and marketing campaigns wired into the same system. How we work: we scope the build on a call and agree a fixed fee in writing before anything starts. The agent is built from your services, your prices, your hours and your rules, including what it should say when a caller goes off-script. When it goes live you get full documentation and a proper handover. Our fee is fixed; calls, SMS and API usage are billed separately on what you actually use, at the provider's rate, with nothing added by us.
