TLF not only put on a great course and delivered the content brilliantly, but the support I received in particular from my coach throughout was second to none. I had some health issues in the midst of my study, which delayed me being able to keep to some deadlines. My coach was outstanding and really went out of her way to support me right through to the end.

During the past 2 years i’ve been completing my dental nurse apprenticeship with the help of my assessor Amy Manning. Threw these 2 years amy’s been very kind and has taught me all the things i need to know to complete my apprenticeship. i felt confident threw out all of my training and if i had any questions or problems Amy was always there to help me with what i needed to know. i’ve recently qualified, feeling fully confident going into my exam.

Great support from Claire B whilst completing my Level 4. She was accessible, friendly and encouraging. The materials provided are easy to use and understand, and the process is broken down into achievable steps.

The workshops were delivered at a great pace, with plenty of knowledge, time for questions, and always focused around making sure we understood what the assignment required. My work coach was amazing, always contactable for any questions, really supportive, and provided very specific and personal feedback. It was an enjoyable, informative and beneficial course and I feel a more confident in my professional role as a result.

As the CEO, the Learning Foundry has provided exceptional support throughout both my own apprenticeship journey and those of my colleagues at Agamemnon Housing Association and subsequent qualifications. Their approach is professional, personal, and genuinely supportive, with learning that is practical, relevant, and confidence‑building. I would highly recommend them as a trusted apprenticeship partner.

I have completed my level 3 and level 4 CIH both working with Claire Bates, my development coach. She was excellent and very supportive throughout both qualifications. I enjoyed the courses, there content, format and would recommend TLF.

I had a very positive experience with The Learning Foundry with completing the Level 4 housing management qualification. Claire, my assessor, was brilliant and supported me through each stage, helping me to look at alternatives for gathering evidence and constantly reminding me of how I could incorporate the work I'd been doing to meet the standards. The 'classroom' sessions were interactive and it was useful meeting people I other organisations. During my apprenticeship I learnt so much about the company I work for, and housing in general, that I would not have done without the course as it really pushes you to look outside out your immediate team and their roles.

I have just completed by Level 4 Housing Management with CIH qualification and I have found The Learning Foundry excellent with a special mention to my tutor, Claire Bates who was excellent, Claire went above and beyond to support me, she was always available when I needed something clarifying or explaining. I have a member of my team who is currently carrying out their level 3 housing qualification and potentially another two team members who want to develop their knowledge in housing and learn with The Learning Foundry. Fantastic

I completed my CIH level 3&4 apprenticeships in Housing Management with The Learning Foundry (TLF). I had an excellent experience. TLF provide a really positive environment for learning. My Tutor Claire for both Level 3 & 4 went above and beyond to support me whilst completing me apprenticeships. She was Fantastic! Claire was professional, knowledgeable and always available to provide helpful feedback. I could not of asked for a better tutor. Overall, my experience at TLF was productive and enjoyable.

I was worried about returning to training after a long time and whether I would be able to keep up. My worries were soon laid to rest. The tutors are approachable and knowledgeable. It makes you confident that they are there to help and they send a lot of supporting documents to assist with assignments. They are also supportive with timelines and recognise people may need more time and do not pressure the learner. I am happy to recommend to anyone who wants to return to a learning environment.

I did my CIH Level 5 with TLF and had a very positive experience. Tim English led the programme well, recognising the time challenges of balancing the qualification with work commitments. The format itself worked for me although it was at times intense and Tim was accessible and supportive. Would highly recommend Tim and TLF.

Learning foundry gave outstanding support throughout my learning Journey . Justin my Tutor provided excellent support and guidance to enable to pass and gain my qualification, he was also knowledgeable in his profession which help when studying and researching information . As i have some learning issues , i also get support from Lorraine from the Learning Foundry. She has been amazing and could not have got were i did without her support .
If i was to some up Learning Foundry in one word - Brilliant .

I have had a really positive experience completing my Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification with The Learning Foundry. From the start of the course, I have felt well supported and encouraged to develop both my professional knowledge and confidence within my role.
The programme has been well structured, relevant to my day‑to‑day work, and easy to engage with. The learning materials are clear and practical, allowing me to apply what I’ve learned directly into my role, which has helped me progress both academically and professionally. I’ve grown in confidence, understanding, and competence throughout the qualification, and I feel much better equipped to handle the challenges of working within housing and property management.
A huge part of this positive experience has been the support from Justin. He has been an outstanding tutor who has taken the time to understand my individual learning style and adapt his approach to suit me. Justin has always been approachable, patient, and encouraging, explaining concepts clearly and providing constructive feedback that genuinely helped me improve. His consistent support and reassurance have made a big difference to my confidence and progression, particularly during more challenging parts of the course.
Overall, I would highly recommend The Learning Foundry to anyone considering a professional qualification. The quality of teaching, level of support, and commitment to learner success are excellent, and I’m extremely grateful for the guidance and encouragement I’ve received throughout my journey.

Level 5 and my tutor Sue has been brilliant throughout.

She has been clear, informative and supportive throughout, helping me to implement a number of tools into my day-to-day role. As someone who works a very busy role, the things I am learning have actually benefitted me and will save me lots of time in the long run. Thanks to TLF and Sue, thoroughly recommend!

I am currently enrolled on my ILM level 5. I've found that the learning foundry and in particular Sue Moister has been brilliant for my journey into leadership, this course and my level 3 has really helped me on establishing my learning style and becoming a better leader. Sue is a credit and a joy to work with.
