Do not use this company. Say they are going to raise a refund and nothing happens. Made a payment on 11 August for some goods, promised me a refund on 2 September, chased on 24 September and still nothing.
A total rip off

Do not use. Was sent a faulty product and refused to replace. Faulty product was a simple small length of LED strip.

Do not touch this company, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE we wanted to return some unopened and unused goods and they insisted on applying a 30% re-stocking fee AND you have to send them the goods back. We wanted to order some other products as the ones supplied were not suitable and they still wouldn't remove the 30% fee. A company that certainly doesn't value customer service and distance selling legislation. We would rather sell the items on eBay then give them another 30% margin!!! Be careful.

DONT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY - Ordered a light, got delivered promptly so was delighted. Realised I needed a enlarger part to fit to my pole, which I ordered from them as well. Said 2-3 weeks for delivery, no order delivery notice, so called/emailed and was eventually told it was delivered. Then told we refused delivery, so dont understand what actually happened. There are plenty of other good companies - so dont use this one.

What went wrong....the order I received was incorrect. I sent an email (as they only want to speak to you to sell ) to flag this up (3 led strips , 1 of which was the wrong colour temperature) - they required a photo . Photo sent - no response . Telephoned , assured it would be dealt with . Nothing . Emailed again . Finally received a replacement .
No apology . 2 weeks of chasing . Totally disinterested service . I am a professional bathroom fitter and could not complete until this was resolved . This company could literally not care less!

I ordered some some black slim LED profile that I couldn't find anywhere else in the UK and it arrived via next day delivery and was really well packaged. Great experience personally despite reading some bad reviews.

Placed an order for ip 65 leds controller and drivers for shower project , fast service , very happy.
Ordered a few 1m strips to finish off as they looked so good, I made a mistake with the ordering and payed twice, called customer service and they sorted it and refunded the money straight away .
Have a couple of big projects coming up will definitely use them again

Rude staff, incorrect items sent, no-one to speak to to get correct items sent only email.
Customer service!! NONE!!

Plastic on the light was damaged in transit, had a crack. Was advised to send the unit back to them that was 4 weeks ago, constantly being told no update from the warehouse EVERYTIME. I ordered another light to replace the broken one to for fill my customers order.
I am still waiting for a refund.
I will be contacting trading standards and forwarding all correspondence to them.
And contacting my credit card company to get a refund.
As I'm not getting anywhere with this company.

Terrible. Placed an order that, on their suggestion, was cancelled straight after placing. No problem to this point... However, they made the mistake of still posting the order and, on their advice, I refused delivery.

My attempts to get a refund were repeatedly delayed and pushed down the road. The only way I was able to get it was by raising a dispute with my card provider.

I must admit I was happy with the service until it came time to return something, the 30% re-stocking fee is outrageous and means that on a £300 order they will take £100 I would not use out of principle now !!!

One of the worst online retailers for led lighting. Made a trust pilot account just to post about my experience with them. The customer service is extremely poor and rude. They tried to charge me a 30% restocking fee! This is not legal. They tried to get me to cover the return delivery when the item sent was incorrectly described! When I confronted them with this, I got questions about my professional ability and that they had never had issues with the product before (so therefore implying I was an idiot) this was done in such a rude and dismissive manner. Do not bother with these guys. Sedna lighting was the previous company name, avoid also. Just all round awful experience, not worth the time or money. Ended up buying everything for my entire setup at other retailers who don't have these dodgy practices of charging restocking fees or return delivery when the retailer is at fault. Once again, I would strongly advise against using this company.

Don't bother click and collect, you'll be waiting for the address let alone actually getting the item that is "ready within an hour"

We are a campervan company based in Essex. I just called for information regarding the dimmer and just had been in touch with such a rude person. This man told me to such on their website (wich I previously done), he was that rude that I asked him if he is interested to sell material and he simply hang off ... Never experienced such a bad attitude in retail.

Purchased 6 LED lights from this company and had them professionally installed. They are excellent products but unfortunately 2 failed within 8 months. As there installed 13M high on floodlights I contacted the firm and sent photographs to show how they had failed. We wanted to purchase 6 more for a spring install and expected the warranty to be honoured. Regrettably, the firm said they would not honour any warranty unless the lamps were returned within 14 days. This wasn't possible as you cannot get cherry pickers on rugby fields in the winter! We offered plenty of solutions and time but clearly once they have your money they don't care. Today we raised a county court claim to get our money back.

Beware.  Worst customer service ever.
Just good as long as they get money from you.

I have bought as a private customer an item which I had unfortunately to return, of course on my own costs as it was not faulty.

But the company denies a full refund and my given consumer rights by just stating:
"We dont supply consumers. Our contract is with the company PRI entered in teh company name field at checkout and as such B2B applies."

That is ridiculous and against the law in the UK. They kept the 30% restocking fee illegal!

I have tried to contact them several times but they just don't care.

Not recommended and contacted my credit card company to get my money back.

Exactly what I was looking for at a pretty good price. next day delivery too, when you spend over £49.

I ordered two separate metres of aluminium profile and LED tape with power supply led driver as a test, as I was unfamiliar with the product and how it would look. I am so happy with this that I plan to order the full amount for my model railway. The service was excellent, everything worked as required, one very happy customer.

Finally found my bulbs here (couldn't find them anywhere) came fast & cheap. Thumbs up
