I ordered a NBA jacket only to received…

I ordered a NBA jacket only to received what was clearly a poor quality fake of an official NBA product. The stitching was poor, made with cheap materials, hot glue stains everywhere, and designs that didn't match the advertised images. When I tried to contact the seller about returning the item he offered to send me a "better quality" item if I sent an additional £49. Fortunately my bank was able to get me a provisional refund whilst they deal with them. Highly recommend that you avoid this seller.
