Really love their t-shirts, high quality heavyweight material, look practically like new after a 1+ year of wear. Not that keen on the designs but to each his own, and they do stock plain tees. Customer service top notch, responded to my query in full and went beyond what I expected to help me out.
Terrible company terrible customer
Service sent a jacket back they said I sent tracksuit bottoms from pretty little thing and not the £225 jacket which I did not emailed them sent the evri photo being handed at the door they still won’t give me a refund. They say their staff are trustworthy and did not switch the goods so what do I do now I have a photo showing my package they don’t have a photo of them opening my package so who’s wrong certainly not me
They said to claim off evri by they did their job. The jacket was definitely switched at their company and I lose £225 because of them disgusting do not use this company

I have bought multiple pairs of their socks which are a great trail-walker sock for inside hiking boots, have two of their t-shirts which are good quality, I bought an axe off them for some of my more out of the way camping and woodland hikes, and I am constantly on the edge of buying their Ripple Trail boots... although my wife would kill me if I bought more shoes.
